This competition is open to all groups belonging to a Highschool, College and Open Crew. This is not limited to groups residing in the Philippines but is also open to groups residing from other countries.

BIG CREW

• Minimum of fifteen (15) and maximum of forty (40) members.

• Age Requirement: At least 13 years old. No maximum age limit

• All male; All female; or Mixed

SMALL CREW

• Minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) members

• No age requirement

• All male; All female; or Mixed

CAMPUS CREW HIGHSCHOOL

• Minimum of twelve (12) and maximum of twenty five (25) members

• 12 to 19 years old

• All male; All female; or Mixed

CAMPUS CREW COLLEGE

• Minimum of twelve (12) and maximum of twenty five (25) members

• 16 to 24 years old

BIG CREW

1. Fully accomplished Entry and Waiver form.

2. Clear Scanned copy or photocopy of the NSO Birth Certificate or Passport of each member

3. Group logo (High Resolution) 

4. Group write up  (Introduction spiel of the group)

5. Php 500.00 (USD10) Registration Fee per member of the group

2. Clear Photocopy or Scanned Copy of Any Valid ID (Passport/Government Issued ID / School ID / Company ID) of each members

CAMPUS CREW

1. Fully accomplished Entry and Waiver form

2. Clear Photocopy or Scanned Copy of Valid School of each members

3. Clear Scanned copy or photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate or Passport for each members

4. Proof of enrollment of each members - i.e. School Registration form, Certification from the Registrar with school seal.

5. Endorsement Letter with school seal stating the group's name and its members, allowing them to join and represent the school in this competition.

1. Interested group is required to pre-register online on or before December 28, 2018 through www.actsdanceacademy.net/dancesupremacy-registration  Once registered, the group will be shortlisted but will not yet be considered an official participant unless they are able to complete the next steps.

2.  Group must submit complete requirements on or before January 19, 2019. Submit requirements via the following:

For groups within Metro Manila, please hand carry all requirements at ACTS Dance & Arts Academy

For groups outside Metro Manila and the Philippines, please submit requirements through www.actsdanceacademy.net/dancesupremacy-registration online submission of documents. No email submission will be accepted.

3. This is first come first serve. Only the first 30 groups for the Big Crew Division and first 20 groups for the Small Crew Division, first 25 group for the Campus Crew Highschool and first 25 groups for the Campus Crew College, that will be able to accomplish Steps 1 to 2 will be declared an official participant.

4. Once declared an official participant, group must pay the Registration Fee of Php500.00  (USD 10) per member. Payments can be made directly at ACTS Dance & Arts Academy or via Bank Deposit at this account:

This competition aims to challenge dance groups to create fresh, creative and original dance pieces. Participants are highly encouraged to put concepts, stories, theme and identity to their dance pieces.

Genre

Participating groups can perform any Street Dance Style but is not limited to Street Dance alone. Using other genres such as contemporary, ballet, interpretative, or tribal, etc. that will help the group in portraying the concept of their piece is allowed and encouraged.

Music

For Big Crew, maximum of four minutes (4:00).

For small crew, maximum of two minutes (2:00)

For Campus crew, maximum of two minutes and 30 seconds (2:30)

Final edited music must be submitted on or before March 2, 2019

Costume & Props

Handheld Props & Huge Props/set will be allowed. Groups will also be allowed to wear any costume that they want.

Skill & Technique (Musicality, Technique, and Mastery of Style - 25%

Creativity (Elements & Use of Space) - 20%

Performance & Execution (Synchronization, Precision & Showmanship) - 20%

Audience Appeal (Entertainment Value) - 10%

Disqualification

Groups that will submit falsified documents will automatically be disqualified to join for three (3) consecutive years. Conducts of unsportsmanship and disrespect to the judges, company brand and organizing committee will be a ground for disqualification.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY

There will be a General Assembly for all official participants on March 2, 2019 at the ACTS Dance & Arts Academy.
